Joel Troxel has been serving as a solutions architect on the Palitto Consulting Services team since 2015. As a solutions architect he appreciates the opportunity to help solve the problems that businesses are facing. He has been serving in the technology sector for over a decade. Joel is passionate about achieving project deliverables that bring bottom line business results. He engages clients to find creative solutions to transform business processes through the use of technology.

Joel helps design integrations and custom development solutions for companies ranging in size from small business to enterprise level. Specialties include VoIP, Unified Communications, and CRM workflow automation. The focus is on contributing creativity and collaboration to solve complex business problems and bring strategic value to technology solutions projects.

Having studied accounting at Valparaiso University, Joel graduated Summa Cum Laude and was recognized as the Alumni Association’s distinguished business graduate of the year.  His background in accounting and finance allows him to bring a more comprehensive approach to technology solutions. He has demonstrated results in leading teams in Finance, Business Strategy, Professional Services, and Product Development.

Joel enjoys spending time with his family, especially gardening and doing home improvement projects. Joel has a long history of mountaineering with plans to summit the highest peaks throughout the United States.
