Earlier this month, Bryon Palitto attended CES in Las Vegas. In many respects, this event represents the leading edge of technologies and next-gen innovations. As stated on their website, “CES showcases companies including manufacturers, developers and suppliers of consumer technology hardware, content, technology delivery systems and more.” More than 2,300 exhibitors, including over 800 startups, showed “technologies that will reshape industries and provide solutions to pressing worldwide issues from healthcare to agriculture, sustainability and beyond,” said Consumer Technology Association President and CEO Gary Shapiro.
Bryon commented that there were a lot of different technologies featured, including a big focus on Artificial Intelligence, wearable tech, fitness, security cameras, sound technology, robotics, and much more. It was interesting to note that there did not appear to be a large focus on security.
While much of this particular event is focused on consumer-related technology, our goal is to stay ahead of what is being featured and find applications for businesses. As innovation continues, our team is determined to find viable solutions for our customers!
