Mathias joined our team in November 2022. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science – Computer Information Systems: Cybersecurity – Summa Cum Laude from The University of Akron.

He has certifications in Sophos Central Engineer, Sophos Firewall Engineer and is pursuing Security +, which validates the baseline skills necessary to perform core security functions and pursue an IT security career. Mathias has worked in several IT related positions and on several projects as a contractor, starting in 2017 as a data analyst. He has spent time developing websites & data analysis programs, working at a helpdesk, and loves to solve any problem.

Since joining PCS, Mathias has become refreshed on much of his schooling and has been able to have hands-on experiences to expand his knowledge. He has enjoyed being a part of a company that seeks the best for parties involved in our services.

His focus and passion are both data/process efficiency and security-related work. At PCS, Mathias has worked towards developing his IT skills in many areas to understand what the best method is for protecting data and making it more efficient.

Outside of the office, Mathias enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, playing board games, playing sports, coding, volunteering, and spending time with people.
