Brett was hired in October 2020. He received a degree in Network administration from Oulton College in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.

Brett holds many industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Offensive Security, Comptia and Amazon. He has extensive consulting experience with Microsoft technologies, core networking technologies, systems design, security and automation. After consulting for over a decade, he spent 4 years with Shoretel and Mitel as a team lead and a tier 3 technician. He created the TacTools powershell toolkit for Mitel MiVoice Connect that became a staple for Mitel’s TAC, partners and customers. Brett is an excellent troubleshooter and has an uncanny ability to deconstruct complicated systems and identify the moving pieces.

Brett is always learning and quickly becomes a go-to resource for new technologies.

In his free time, Brett reads constantly with a penchant for historical fiction, plays basketball, lifts weights, and spends time with his 2 boys and wife. He loves great food and espresso and spending time in nature.
