Joe Miller recently attended another professional development course at Baldwin Wallace University to continue his growth in understanding and implementing leadership principles. The course, titled Implementing Organizational Change, focused on thought processes, skills, and techniques for leading and implementing change initiatives in organizations. Change can be intimidating and overwhelming, especially as the pace of change accelerates. With a strong business case, clear vision, effective leadership, open communication, and a solid plan, organizations and teams can be guided through important change initiatives.
