We are grateful to note that Bill Fraedrich has recently reached the milestone of 10 years on the PCS team! Always ready with a quick quip of humor, we very much appreciate having Bill on our team. Despite his dry sense of humor, he takes serving our clients very seriously.
The Palitto Consulting Services group has several different teams. One division primarily focuses on the IT support services. Another focuses on programming and software development, a team that Bill is a part of.
At PCS, Bill designs and supports Call Centers and Interactive Voice Response systems. He has extensive experience with Mitel Contact Center, and ShoreTel Connect Contact Center, holding related certifications. He is also a Database Administrator, with solving a wide variety of problems in both Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL databases.
“Management told me that my probationary employment period is complete now,” Bill said when we caught up to him. “And I can park my car in the company lot, which helps a lot. But I’m still required to deal with any groundhogs, skunks, or other varmints that get into the facilities.”
