Ryan joined Palitto Consulting Services in June 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from both the tech world and his time as a 25B Information Systems Specialist in the military. His list of certifications includes A+, Network+, Security+, Pentesting+, and Certified Ethical Hacker, all of which serve him well in server implementation, maintenance, and information security. Having thrived in chaotic environments, Ryan excels at crisis management with a healthy dose of humor, keeping things light even when the going gets tough.

Before joining PCS, Ryan spent his time troubleshooting and threat-hunting. He enjoys finding humor in every situation and is known for his sarcastic wit and his ability to tackle problems with a smile. 

While Ryan’s journey began with a brief stint at Toledo University, he fondly recalls his “alternative education” at Donney’s Discount Trailer Truck of Teachin’, where Sheela the Trunk Possum showed him the ropes. Since then, he’s gone on to specialize in not only keeping systems intact but also finding joy in the process.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys reading and discussing stories and philosophies, playing tabletop games, and tinkering with personal IT projects. His approach to life and work? “Life is short. Find humor where you can.”
