Eric joined the PCS team in December 2019. He is involved in client support as well as starting his progression in becoming Azure Certified. He is an Information Technology professional with 20+ years of experience helping many organizations with their Information Technology initiatives.

He has had exposure to a broad range of many industries including: Global plastic manufacturer, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Transportation Logistics and Not For Profit, specifically the YMCA. He has experience in all phases of providing technical solutions that include: staff mentoring and management, data analysis, BDR, procurement, planning, implementation, vendor management and end-of-life replacement cycles. Other areas of functional knowledge include but not limited to the following: ERP’s, Networking, Microsoft products (Office, Windows, and Server), PCI and HIPAA compliances, cyber security, networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), telephony, databases, report writing, virtualization, and cloud services.

Eric graduated from the University of Toledo with a BBA, specializing in Information Systems. His certification and training include Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Server 2003 Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), and Organizational Leader received 2016 (YMCA of the USA). He feels the strength of PCS is in the people that work here. He finds their dedication to clients and to their fellow employees so amazing, and feels so blessed to be a part of this organization.

Outside of work, Eric is happily married to the love of his life since 1998 and has 3 children. His free time activities include involvement with Church youth group and serving on church boards. He also coached Youth Basketball. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as golfing, fishing and skiing. Eric has a goal each day to give joy to those around him. Whether he succeeds or not, he is always back with a positive attitude the next day!
