Joe Miller attended a Process Mapping and Modeling course at Baldwin Wallace College learning how to look beyond functional activities to determine a company’s core processes. The class focused on creating system maps, and analyzing process flow charts, allowing them to look through organizational structure and focus on the processes that are the core of the business.
